South West Queensland Soccer Zone is bounded by Stanthorpe in the south, east to Laidley & Gatton, up to areas in South Burnett including Kingaroy, Yarraman, Wondai & Nanango, and out to Roma, St George & Goondiwindi in the west. South West Queensland is one of the largest zones in area in Queensland.

Football Queensland website
Football Queensland is the governing body of association football in Queensland. Football Queensland organises the only current statewide competition - the State Cup which has been held since 2004 as an end of season tournament for teams representing the various regional federations.

With our extensive experience and love of the game of Football, the aims and objectives of the Football South West Queensland Zone are to:
- deliver a diverse range of national, state and zone development programs as directed by Football Queensland Limited.
- foster development of Football within the zone.
- conduct competitions approved by Football Queensland.
- identify, select and appoint teams to represent the zone.
- administer Football activities.
- identify and secure safe facilities for the conduct of Football competitions within the SWQ zone.
